Catnip

Catnip is a naturally caffeine-free herb which is usually thought of as a stimulant for our cats, but has a very calming effect on humans when served as a tea. Member of the mint family so also is known to aid digestion. Has a woodsy, grassy taste, that can be dressed up by blending with other herbs of your choice!
Steep instructions: 1-2 tsp/cup, 3-7 min (off boil)
Enjoy on its own or blend with your favourite herbs.
