Guan Yin Hong Black Tea - SVC

This very special black tea is uniquely made from Tie Guan Yin cultivar. The dry leaves start off great with the scent of mixed berries and a butteriness that totally reminded me of field berry pie. The deep amber liquor gives us more fruitiness and the flavour of the liquor brings it all together in an elegant way. The sweetness is subdued and civilized, with floral hints rounding out the experience of sweet berries and buttery pie crust. Every sip brings a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel.
