Jiri Mountain Sejak (Organic)

This second flush Korean green tea from Jiri Mountain in Hadong is made entirely by hand and contains young buds and barely opened young leaves. Sejak also called Jaksul meaning "sparrow's tongue" due to its size and shape, and picked from late April to early May. It's full of the pleasant flavours of roasted nuts and steamed milk with tender fresh vegetal notes. Unlike steamed green teas, this Sejak gains flavours from pan-firing and final roasting methods that have been passed down for generations.
